How It Works

Our FREE Subscription Service reserves new comics and graphic novels that you don’t want to miss. Every week we will order and reserve a copy of your favorite titles just for you. All we ask in return is that you purchase all the books in your bin every four weeks. Special Order items (toys, statues, t-shirts, etc.) must also be purchased within four weeks of arriving at the shop.

How To Subscribe

Subscription Service enrollment must be in person. Changes to your subscription may be in person, by phone, or by email. Every month you must verify that your list is current so we don’t order anything you don’t want and you don’t miss anything that you do. If at any time you would like a printed copy of your list or to have it emailed to you, just ask.

When you subscribe to a title or order a special item you are asking us to place an order for you based on our faith in your word that you will pay for it. We are not able to return products to our distributors and generally will not be able to sell your items if you do not purchase them. Please keep in mind that we place our orders eight weeks in advance and are committed to those orders. If you decide you no longer want a title/s, kindly let us know so we can adjust our orders.

Subscriber Perks

As long as you purchase all your books and Special Orders every four weeks you are considered to be In Good Standing. After four weeks of being In Good Standing you are eligible for Subscriber Perks.

Subscribers In Good Standing receive:

- 25% off on regularly priced Back Issues in Bins every day.
- 10% off Front Wall Books every day.
- 10% off New Variants every day.

Subscribers In Good Standing who subscribe to 15 or more current titles OR order $50 or more in Special Orders during the previous month also receive:

- FREE Previews Magazine monthly. See solicitations for books, toys, and other merchandise so you can add to your list or preorder so you don’t miss out!

Delinquent Accounts

If you do not purchase your books/orders within four weeks of arrival you are considered Not In Good Standing and do not qualify for Subscriber Perks. If you do not purchase your books within eight weeks of arrival we may stop pulling new books for you and we may release books and Special Orders for sale at our discretion.

If you do not purchase the books and Special Orders we have for you within eight weeks of arrival you are considered to be Delinquent. We will attempt to contact you twice by phone and twice by email to remind you to complete your purchases. If you do not pick up your books and Special Orders within two weeks of our calls and emails we may close your bin at our discretion.
